We can fabricate staircases, balustrades, handrails, gates, gratings, screens and general architectural metalwork pieces for a large variety of applications.
Our workshop is fully equipped to service a wide range of fabrication applications in Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminium, Brass and Cast Iron. With our in house CNC Plasma Cutter, 250T Brake Press, 3m Wide Rollers, Dual 10T Overhead Cranes and a large variety of bending, rolling and machining equipment we can fabricate the majority of our work in house without relying on other companies for processing.

Read More →BWA Engineering are licenced under the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) for Structural Metal Fabrication and Erection. QBCC #15024511 Steel Erection projects begin with our in house draftsman who model the structure in a 3D environment. This gives our clients the best visual experience of what they will be receiving on site and mitigates the errors in the fabrication process. BWA Engineering have their own dedicated team of riggers and dogman who take delivery of the steel on site and are responsible for erecting it. We carefully plan the sequence of the rigging so everything can be constructed safely and seamlessly, ensuring that the integrity of the structural design is maintained and installed to appropriate tolerances.
BWA can fabricate Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Poly Pipe in our Mackay Workshop and on site if required. Whether the pipe is gravity fed or under high pressures we can design and fabricate a system to suit your needs.
We provide services to industrial plants, commercial building and residential houses and apartments. Industrial and Architectural Stairs, Walkways and Handrails can be fabricated in our Mackay Workshop typically from Stainless Steel or Galvanised Steel. The galvanised steel can then be painted to the customers choice of colour. We have also fabricated walkways and ladders in aluminium where reduced weight was required.

We have completed concrete works for Industrial Sheds, Plant Slabs, Dozer Pads, 200m Driveways and many more. By having our in house concreters we are able to finish jobs more efficiently and provide an easier process for our clients. We also provide services in concrete demolition, cutting and drilling.
